Work experience

Ms. Hu specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and investment fund formation and operation.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and legal research.  Ms. Hu has broad experience in industries including healthcare, consumer goods, and TMT.

Educational background

Ms. Hu obtained her LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2024.  In 2025, Ms. Hu obtained an LL.M. degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from London School of Economics and Political Science.
