Work experience

Mr. Haokun Nie joined Han Kun in January 2026.  His main practice areas include domestic and overseas listings, mergers and acquisitions, and listed company compliance and governance.  His primary responsibilities involve legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, as well as legal and policy research.

Educational background

Mr. Nie earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Wuhan University and his Master of Laws (International Business Law) degree from King's College London.
