Work experience

Mr. Yu specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents, and conducting legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Yu graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from Wuhan University in 2024, and then obtained his LL.M. from the University of Hong Kong in 2025.
