Work experience

Ms. Xi primarily specializes in private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  She focuses on legal due diligence, as well as the drafting and reviewing of transaction documents.

Educational background

Ms. Xi graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2024 with a Bachelor of Laws degree, and from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2025 with a Master of Laws degree.
