Work experience

Mr. Huang's practice primarily focuses on venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and overseas reorganizations and listings, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Mr. Huang's legal services include conducting due diligence, drafting, translating and reviewing legal documents, and conducting legal research.
Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Huang interned with the corporate department (cross-border M&A) at King & Wood Mallesons.

Educational background

Mr. Huang graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with an LL.B. degree and obtained an LL.M degree from Peking University.
