She has provided legal services to numerous pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and healthcare institutions, with a particular focus on clinical trials, human genetic resource compliance, cross-border pharmaceutical licensing and commercialization arrangements, as well as financings, mergers, and acquisitions within the life sciences industry.
Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Liang served as a legal manager at a biotech company, where she was fully responsible for legal affairs regarding the company's healthcare business. Prior to that, she worked in the Shanghai branch of Global Law Office, where she provided legal support for foreign investment and M&A transactions.
