Work experience

Ms. Zheng began her legal practice in 2020 and has engaged in full-process corporate legal services including corporate equity design, employee incentive plans, corporate governance, investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and domestic and overseas initial public offerings.  She previously worked at DeHeng Law Offices and Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Educational background

Ms. Zheng graduated from Shenzhen University with an LL.B. degree in 2017 and an LL.M. degree in 2020.
