Lingkun Liu has been practicing law since 2023. Prior to that, he worked at a Japanese internet company for two years as a software developer. From May 2023 to December 2025, Mr. Liu worked and interned at King & Wood Mallesons in Beijing, and he has been with Han Kun Law Offices since January 2026.
Mr. Liu's main practice areas include domestic and international litigation and arbitration. He has represented a diverse range of clients, including large state-owned enterprises, major internet technology companies, and start-ups, across various industries such as energy, information technology, consumer goods, machinery processing, mineral resources, and finance.
