Mr. Zhang joined Han Kun Law Offices in November 2025. Prior to joining Han Kun, he practiced as an attorney at Commerce & Finance Law Offices in Shanghai, where he focused on capital markets. He has represented clients including Green Tea Group Limited, a manufacturing company, a technology company, and a video media platform in domestic and overseas IPO projects, and also served as their long-term legal counsel, providing legal advice on employment compliance and corporate compliance. At Han Kun, Mr. Zhang’s practice primarily covers private equity and venture capital, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
