Work experience

Ms. Jiayi Wang specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  She has advised various investment institutions and corporate clients on a broad range of investment and transaction matters, providing full-cycle legal services covering due diligence, legal documentation, and deal closing.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Wang practiced at Fangda Partners.
