Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Ye practiced at King & Wood Mallesons.  Ms. Ye specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, corporate compliance, and general corporate matters.

Educational background

Ms. Ye obtained her LL.B. degree from Jilin University in 2022 and her LL.M. degree from University of International Business and Economics in 2024.
