Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Xiao was an associate in the Shanghai office of Zhong Lun Law Firm.
Ms. Xiao specializes in private equity and venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.  She provides legal services including legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing of transaction documents, and legal research.  Ms. Xiao represents clients across diverse industries, including biopharma, healthcare, semiconductor, and retail.

Educational background

Ms. Xiao graduated from Shanghai International Studies University with an LL.B. (Bachelor of Law) degree in 2022, and from Fudan University with an LL.M. (Master of Law) degree in international law in 2024.
