Professionals Hongcheng Pan

Work experience

Mr. Pan specializes in the establishment and operation of RMB and USD investment funds, the registration of domestic private fund managers and fund filings, and related compliance matters.  He is principally responsible for reviewing domestic and offshore fund documentation, conducting legal due diligence on private fund managers and funds, and advising on compliant fund operations.

Educational background

Mr. Pan received an LL.B. degree in Law from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2023.  In 2024, he obtained an LL.M. degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.
