Yaxuan Liu began practicing law in 2023. From 2023 to 2025, she worked at Beijing Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm, where she focused on domestic and cross-border capital markets and M&A, covering sectors such as energy, mining, and manufacturing and participated in numerous restructuring, M&A, and investment/financing projects of large and medium-sized enterprises. Ms. Liu joined Han Kun Law Offices in March 2026.
Ms. Liu specializes in domestic and cross-border investment, financing, and mergers and acquisitions. She has solid hands-on experience in equity/debt financing, private equity and venture capital, cross-border M&A, public company acquisitions, and asset restructuring. She is experienced in deal structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and is adept at handling key aspects of cross-border transactions, including legal compliance, regulatory approvals, and risk control.
