Work experience

Mr. Liu began his legal career in 2025.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, he worked at JunHe LLP.
Mr. Liu focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, foreign capital markets, and general corporate affairs.

Educational background

Mr. Liu obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2024 and obtained a Master of Laws degree in Corporate and Financial Services Law from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2025.
