She mainly provides comprehensive tax consulting and compliance advisory services to enterprises and high-net-worth individuals and participates in tax planning for projects including indirect equity transfer transactions and equity incentive plans. Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, she worked at a specialized tax law firm, with practical experience in tax dispute resolution and tax compliance management.
Ms. Wang graduated from the University of International Business and Economics in 2021 with bachelor's degrees in Economics and Law. She graduated from the University of International Business and Economics in 2023 with a Master degree in Taxation .
