Mr. Liu has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since February 2026, where he specializes in handling civil and commercial disputes, providing clients with comprehensive legal services in litigation, arbitration, enforcement, and bankruptcy proceedings.  He has represented or assisted clients in various civil and commercial cases at arbitration institutions such as the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), as well as domestic courts.  His practice primarily covers disputes relating to corporate governance and equity, financial and commercial matters, property rights and torts, and marriage, family, and inheritance issues.  Mr. Liu has also provided perennial legal counsel services to many large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.
Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Liu practiced for several years at JunHe LLP in Beijing.

Mr. Liu obtained his master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from China University of Political Science and Law in 2022.  Prior to that, Mr. Liu graduated with Bachelor of Laws degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2019.
