Work experience

Ms. Xu joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2024.  Ms. Xu focuses on the life sciences and healthcare sector, covering license-in/out and collaboration transactions and corporate compliance in the fields of human genetic resource regulations and GxP compliance.  She has provided legal services to a number of multinational pharmaceutical companies and medical device companies.

Educational background

Ms. Xu received a bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics from Xi’an Jiao Tong University in 2023 and an LL.M. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2026.
