Ms. Peng has extensive experience in cross-border banking and finance, including acquisition finance, project finance, and corporate lending. She has advised on numerous influential cross-border financing transactions, providing full-cycle legal services to international and domestic financial institutions as well as borrowers. Ms. Peng also advises on offshore bond issuance by PRC enterprises or offshore enterprises under "red-chip" structures with substantial business in the PRC.
In addition, Ms. Peng advises on PRC regulatory aspects of cross-border transactions, including foreign exchange control, cash pool structuring, and China-related cross-border security/guarantees.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Peng worked in the Shanghai office of Zhong Lun Law Firm and Norton Rose Fulbright Shanghai Pacific Legal (FTZ) Joint Operation Office.
