Work experience

Mr. He focuses his practice on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. His work includes conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and handling corporate compliance affairs. Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. He worked in the Shanghai office of JunHe LLP.
