Work experience

Mr. Zhu has been practicing law since 2025, and his primary practice areas cover private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate affairs.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Zhu worked in the Shanghai office of JunHe LLP.

Educational background

Mr. Zhu obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2025.
