Work experience

Mr. Zhu specializes in formation and operation of U.S. dollar-denominated investment funds.  In addition, he has accumulated experience in cross-border investment review, economic sanctions, export controls, and commercial litigation/arbitration.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Zhu worked at Anli Partners and JunHe LLP.

Educational background

Mr. Zhu received an LL.M degree from Georgetown University in 2024.
