In terms of bankruptcy and reorganization, as a leading member of the bankruptcy administrator, Ms. Lin has participated in the many cases of substantive consolidation in bankruptcy reorganization of large state-owned enterprises and large private enterprises. In the field of corporate liquidation, Ms. Lin, serving for the bankruptcy trustee, has also engaged in many liquidation cases of private enterprises. The cases she has handled include real estate, chemical coatings, energy and mineral resources, and many other fields.
