Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Pang was an associate at TianTong Law Firm, a leading PRC firm.  She specializes in bankruptcy and restructuring and has experience in bankruptcy and restructuring of listed companies and large enterprise groups, corporate liquidation, and bankruptcy derivative litigation.  In bankruptcy and reorganization, Ms. Pang has participated in cases as the member of administrators and legal counsel for investors, creditors, and debtors.  The cases Ms. Pang has handled cover various industry sectors, including real estate, automobile manufacturing, jewelry manufacturing and trade, etc.

Educational background

Ms. Pang graduated from China Foreign Affairs University with a bachelor's degree in law. She later obtained an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University.
