Work experience

Mr. Zhou specializes in bankruptcy and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution.  Mr. Zhou has participated in a high-profile case concerning the reorganization of a large group company as a member of the administrator.  Mr. Zhou has dealt with a complicated cross-border M&A transactions and has been responsible for due diligence, reviewing transaction documents, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Zhou practiced law in TianTong Law Firm and Commerce & Finance Law Offices.

Educational background

Mr. Zhou graduated from Wuhan University with a Master of International Law degree.
