Ms. Li’s practice focuses on patent law. She has extensive experience in patent drafting, patent searches, and other IP-related counseling. The technical fields in which Ms. Li practices include telecommunications, data processing, servers, and semiconductors, among others.
Ms. Li has helped numerous renowned global companies obtain patents in China, for whom she has provided legal services such as forwarding and preparing responses to office actions, drafting patent applications, patentability searches, and consulting, etc.
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Li worked for three years at a leading domestic IP law firm.
