Work experience

Brenton Tse is an associate in Han Kun's corporate practice.  Brenton's practice covers a broad range of corporate transactions, including advising investment banks and corporations on initial public offerings, pre-IPO investments, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.  He also has extensive experience in advising listed companies on Hong Kong listing compliance and other regulatory matters.
Brenton is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong.  He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
