Ms. Liu began practicing law in 2020. Prior to joining Han Kun, she worked for five years at Jingtian & Gongcheng and AnJie Broad Law Firm. Her primary practice areas include commercial litigation and arbitration, insurance and reinsurance, financial asset management, and cross-border dispute resolution. Ms. Liu has extensive experience handling cases before courts at all levels across China as well as arbitration institutions such as the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC).
