Work experience

Mr. Yang primarily practices in the field of intellectual property, focusing on civil litigation, non-litigation enforcement matters, and trademark administrative litigation.  His practice covers trademarks, copyright, unfair competition, and civil and commercial dispute resolution.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Yang worked at Wan Hui Da Law Firm in Beijing.

Educational background

Mr. Yang received his LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law in 2022 and his LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Renmin University of China in 2024.
