Ms. Guan's main practice area is foreign-related civil and commercial dispute resolution.
Ms. Guan has practical experience in foreign-related civil and commercial dispute resolution relating to cross-border investment, trade, and construction disputes, as well as securities compliance. She has represented well-known companies in arbitration cases before domestic and international arbitration institutions such as the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), as well as in arbitrations conducted under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Arbitration Rules in investment disputes, infrastructure disputes, and cross-border trade disputes. She has also participated in litigation cases before people's courts at various levels in Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning, Fujian, Guangxi, including disputes over construction contracts, sales contracts, and torts. In addition, Ms. Guan has provided legal advisory services to multiple state-owned enterprises and foreign companies.
Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Guan worked at King & Wood and Linklaters. She has also served as an arbitrator's assistant in international arbitration cases.
