Ms. Ziyi Wang began her practice at a well-known law firm specializing in construction and engineering in 2024 and joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2026. Her practice focuses on domestic and international commercial dispute resolution. Ms. Wang has handled a number of large-scale construction contract disputes, claims by actual constructors, overseas supply contract disputes, and guarantee fraud disputes, with extensive experience in enforcement proceedings and construction cost appraisals. In addition, Ms. Wang has long provided legal advisory services to major state-owned enterprises on international engineering projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and other jurisdictions, building solid practical experience in construction claims, Russia-related sanctions risk analysis, and cross-border contract drafting and review.
