Work experience

Ms. Jin specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution.  She focuses on providing domestic and foreign clients with legal services for contractual disputes, construction project disputes, corporate governance disputes and other areas.  Ms. Jin has participated in many litigation cases heard by domestic and foreign clients before courts at all levels across the country and arbitration cases heard by many major arbitration institutions, including SHIAC.

Educational background

Ms. Jin graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree in law in 2022 and Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a master's degree in law in 2025.
