Work experience

Ms. Ma has been practicing as a lawyer since 2023 and previously worked at AllBright Law Offices.
Ms. Ma specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and investment fund formation and operation.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and legal research.  Ms. Ma has broad experience in industries including semiconductors, hard technologies, healthcare, and consumer goods.

Educational background

Ms. Ma received a Juris Master degree in 2023 from Renmin University of China, with a research focus on civil and commercial law.
