Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Deng worked at a well-known law firm in China.
Ms. Deng specializes in commercial dispute resolution and corporate legal services. She has led over 100 major and complex commercial dispute cases at the Supreme People's Court, provincial high courts, various local courts, and arbitration commissions in Beijing and Shanghai, involving claims exceeding RMB 3 billion, covering core areas such as financial trusts, real estate and construction projects, corporate equity, and contract disputes. She has handled multiple criminal defense and criminal-civil cross-over cases, achieving favorable defense outcomes. She has led or participated in numerous non-litigation projects, including legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and risk assessment. She has provided long-term legal advisory services to many state-owned enterprises, central enterprises, listed companies, and large corporations, strengthening legal support for corporate decision-making through her deep understanding of corporate governance and legal risk prevention.
