Work experience

Ms. Song's practice focuses on intellectual property.  Prior to joining Han Kun, she gained experience in intellectual property and dispute resolution through internships at several law firms.
Ms. Song has participated in a number of SEP disputes, covering patent infringement litigation, patent invalidation proceedings, and FRAND rate-setting litigation.  Her experience spans a broad range of technical fields, including semiconductors, telecommunications, and biochemical engineering.

Educational background

Ms. Song received her Bachelor of Engineering degree from Tsinghua University in 2021 and her Master of Laws degree from Tsinghua University in 2024.
