Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhenni Ouyang practiced for several years at King & Wood, Fangda Partners, and other well-known PRC firm.
Ms. Ouyang mainly focuses on domestic and overseas listings and refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and general corporate matters.  She is responsible for conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, handling corporate compliance matters, and issuing legal opinions on PRC laws.

Educational background

Ms. Ouyang graduated from the East China University of Political Science and Law with an LL.M. degree in 2018 and an LL.B. degree in 2015.
