Work experience

Ms. Cheng specializes in handling civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.  She handles cases mainly including equity repurchase disputes, equity transfer disputes as well as other corporate disputes, contract disputes, insurance and reinsurance disputes, and enforcement cases.  Ms. Cheng has also provided claim consultation and perennial legal services to many insurance and reinsurance institutions.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Cheng practiced law at AnJie Broad Law Firm in Beijing.

Educational background

Ms. Cheng received her LL.M. degree from the University of Southern California.  Prior to that, she graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with an LL.B. degree and a bachelor's degree in Management.
