Ms. Dong focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and private equity and venture capital (PE/VC).  She also provides legal advice to companies on general corporate matters across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices, consumer goods, and maritime and shipping.
