Work experience

Ms. Peng focuses her practice on private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her work encompasses due diligence, legal research, and drafting and reviewing legal documents.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Peng gained experience as an intern in the Shanghai office of King & Wood and as a law clerk at a boutique litigation firm in California, United States.

Educational background

Ms. Peng graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2024, where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree.  She graduated from University of California, Los Angeles in 2025, where she obtained her Master of Laws degree.
