Work experience

Ms. Chen has been practicing law since 2022, having previously worked at a local law firm in Los Angeles and the China alliance office of an international law firm.
Her primary practice focuses on corporate compliance and mergers and acquisitions, where she provides legal advisory services to several multinational corporations, primarily in the manufacturing and chemical industries.

Educational background

Ms. Chen received an LL.B. degree in 2021 from East China University of Science and Law. She obtained an LL.M. degree from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
