Work experience

Ms. Jin's core practice areas include REITs and asset securitization, as well as investment and financing related to real estate and infrastructure.
In the field of REITs and asset securitization, Ms. Jin has deeply participated in and is assisting with the filing and issuance of multiple REITs backed by underlying assets such as commercial real estate, warehousing and logistics facilities, data centers, and clean energy assets.  Her key responsibilities include conducting due diligence, drafting, reviewing and revising legal opinions, preparing transaction documents, and carrying out legal research.
In the field of investment and financing related to real estate and infrastructure, Ms. Jin has participated in the completion of, or is facilitating, a number of acquisition projects for commercial real estate and industrial parks.

Educational background

Ms. Jin graduated from Wuhan University with a Master of Law degree and a Bachelor of Law degree.
