Work experience

Ms. Ma specializes in domestic and international commercial dispute resolution, covering civil and commercial litigation as well as commercial arbitration.  The cases she has assisted with include equity repurchase disputes, non-performing asset disputes, and disputes over the validity of arbitration agreements.  In addition, she provides enterprises with consultation and services related to compliance, liquidation and deregistration.

Educational background

Ms. Ma holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the China University of Political Science and Law.  She furthered her studies at the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned an LL.M. degree.
