Work experience

Ms. Zhang has been working at Han Kun Law since July 2025, where she specializes in venture capital and capital markets practice.

Educational background

Ms. Zhang received an LL.B. degree from Jilin University in 2021 and an LL.M. degree from Wuhan University in 2024, during which she obtained an LL.M. degree from the University of California, Davis in 2024.  She also received an LL.M. degree from Cornell University in 2025.
