Work experience

In 2026, Ms. Sheng joined the Financial and Asset Management Department of Han Kun Law Offices in Beijing.  Ms. Sheng has assisted in projects involving banking and financing, financing for computing equipment, aviation finance, domestic and offshore bond issuances, and other cross-border financing transactions.  Ms. Sheng has substantial experience in drafting and reviewing financing and leasing documents, transaction structuring, legal due diligence, and regulatory compliance.

Educational background

Ms. Sheng received a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2023 from China University of Political Science and Law, where she subsequently obtained a Master of Laws degree in Civil and Commercial Law in 2026.
