Work experience

Ms. Gong specializes her legal practice in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, and conducting legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Gong received a Bachelor of Law degree from Nanjing University in 2024, and than obtained her J.M. degree from Fudan University in 2026.
