Ms. Chu specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate affairs.  Her legal services include conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and performing legal research.

Educational background

Ms. Chu obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2023, her Master of Laws degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2026, and her Master of Laws degree from University College London in 2025.
