Ms. Chuyun Chen joined Han Kun Law Offices in November 2025. Ms. Chen focuses her practice on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, general corporate matters and capital markets. She has provided legal support to domestic and international clients across a range of industries, including biopharmaceuticals, TMT, consumer products, automotive, and e-commerce logistics. Her experience spans transaction structuring, legal due diligence, the drafting and review of transaction documents, transaction negotiations and closings, as well as corporate governance and day-to-day compliance matters.
