Work experience

Kelvin Bi primarily focuses on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and legal matters in the life sciences and healthcare sector, with particular experience in innovative transactions involving technology commercialization, technology licensing, and strategic industry collaborations.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Bi participated in a broad range of transactions at leading PRC law firms, including acquisitions of large-scale renewable energy infrastructure assets, innovative drug licensing and NewCo collaborations, as well as asset restructurings and securitization offerings.  He also has experience in providing legal services relating to general corporate governance and capital market projects.

Educational background

National University of Singapore, LL.M. in International Business Law; East China University of Political Science and Law, LL.B. in Civil and Commercial Law.
