Professionals Tong Li

Work experience

Mr. Li joined Han Kun in 2026, having previously worked at several prominent law firms in China.  Mr. Li primarily focuses on the establishment and operation of domestic and overseas investment funds.  His practice involves the formation and operation of domestic private equity and venture capital funds and representing both domestic and foreign limited partners in their investments in RMB and USD funds.

Educational background

Mr. Li received his LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from Wuhan University in 2024 and obtained his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Corporate and Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore in 2026.
