Work experience

Mr. Chen's key areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Chen worked at Fangda Partners.

Educational background

Mr. Chen received his LL.B. degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2024, and his MCL degree  from the University of Hong Kong in 2025.
